It has been an incredible, high-energy week on campus! Wednesday was House Shout, where the weather held out perfectly as each House showcased its spirit and creativity with some truly impressive (and loud!) themed cheers. We were also blown away by the talent on display at the Senior Art and Design Reception, which featured a stunning array of film, digital media, and traditional art.
The creativity continued with our Fashion Showcase Prayers, highlighting the hard work of students in our inaugural Tanya Taylor fashion course. Students proudly showcased their pieces to an enthusiastic crowd of peers.
To cap it all off, the excitement is palpable today as our students head out for the HC Prom tonight. We wish everyone a safe and wonderful evening, making memories!
Have a great long weekend,

Next Week in Morning Programming
Next week, our students will participate in a special reflection session through our Win@Social program. As they look back on the past year, we are challenging them to set goals for the summer and beyond with a twist.
Instead of just listing activities, we’re asking students to “think backward”:
- Identify a Mindset: Start with a specific skill or mindset they want to grow (e.g. creativity or leadership).
- Find the Action: Then, brainstorm activities that will help them explore and strengthen that trait.
By focusing on who they want to become before what they want to do, we hope to help students find more purpose in their summer plans.
Supporting our Food Drive
Our Middle School leaders are hard at work rallying their Form mates to support our local community, but they need your help.
The Challenge: At this time of year, food bank shelves are often at their lowest, while the need in our community remains high. We are making a final push to fill the gap and ensure no family goes without.
How You Can Help: We are asking each family to consider sending in 3–5 non-perishable items this week. We are specifically looking for:
- Pasta & Pasta Sauce
- Canned Meats (Tuna, chicken, etc.)
- Hearty Soups or Stews
Every item brought in by a student directly supports our Middle School’s mission to lead with empathy and action. Thank you for helping our leaders make a tangible difference!

Next Week in Morning Programming
As we approach the end of the year, there are many heartfelt good-byes to be had. Tuesday and Thursday are special Prayers to honour the Class of 2026 in different ways. On Wednesday, students will have their last TA session, during which their Teacher Advisor and advisory group will celebrate the Grads. It will be a special time to say goodbye to the group who have met with your daughter each morning over their time in the Senior School.
