UPPER SCHOOL

Used Technology Drive

Havergal will be hosting a used technology drive this year in partnership with reBOOT, an Ontario based organization that collects used technology and, after restoring it, donates it to non-profits, community centres, and people with limited access to technology. Bring your used technology (iphones, ipads, computers, etc – please see image for more information) to the HC Rotunda on Wednesday June 14 from 8:30am – 12:00pm (the same time and date as used textbook collection). We will also be collecting your used devices in the HC Driveway from 7:30am – 8:30am so you can easily drop off your donations without having to come into the building.

For information on how to wipe your device to protect your privacy before donation please click LINK.  Please note that reBOOT will also wipe the devices when restoring them, but if it makes you feel more comfortable to do so, you can do it yourself before donating. For more information on reBOOT and their work pleaser visit: reBOOT Canada

If you have any questions please email cdoyle@havergal.on.ca or sdoyle@havergal.on.ca

Thank you, and see you June 14th for the technology drive!

Celebration Saturday is back! September 23

The HCPA plays an important role in Celebration Saturday and we look forward to working with the school on this extraordinary event.  Did you know that 100% of the profits go directly to HC’s Community Partners?

We will be looking for many volunteers to help on the 23rd but there are also other ways you can be involved.  Have you always wanted to sell your wares at a Bazaar? Whether you are a parent, a student, an Old Girl/Alum, a teacher or staff member—this is your chance!  Do you have an item or experience you would like to donate to the Silent Auction? We would welcome your donation.  Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks. If you know you are interested now, please feel free to email hcpa.committee@gmail.com and we will add you to our contact list.
